Jerome is the Vice Chairman and Founder of ImmunoTek and has been in the blood and plasma industry for over twenty-five years. Before forming ImmunoTek, Jerome’s industry-related work experience includes work at International Bio-Resources, LLC (IBR), Baxter International, and Alpha Therapeutic Corporation specializing in Operations and Production Management, Strategic Management, Organizational Development, Project Management, and New Business Development. His profound expertise in these areas led to the founding of ImmunoTek Bio Centers, LLC. Jerome serves on the Global Source Board of Directors for the Plasma Proteins Therapeutics Association (PPTA) since 2022, and recently became the Board Chair.

Marvin comes to ImmunoTek with solid experience in the plasma industry, having served six years with Bio-Products Laboratory (BPL) in various executive roles, including as President of BPL Plasma. Before joining BPL Plasma, Marvin was the Managing Partner at MPower Insight, a management consulting firm he founded in 2015. He and his partners helped late-stage startups and family-operated businesses tackle their next growth stage. Before that, Marvin spent 13 years with Thermo Fisher Scientific in general management, global finance, and operational leadership roles. He served in two expatriate assignments in the UK and The Netherlands and gained extensive experience with business consolidation and offshoring, clinical packaging, and cold chain logistics.
Marvin earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a minor in Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Virginia’s Darden Graduate School of Business.

Jay started in April 2021 as ImmunoTek’s Chief Development Officer. Jay’s management experience serving in a CDO capacity spans over thirty years in various real estate, construction, and expansion strategies for notable restaurant chain brands such as Newks Eatery, Jim’n’Nicks, Roti Mediterranean, as well as Blooming brands / Bonefish Grill. His core talents used at several recognized multi-unit businesses include real estate expansion, construction, and the development of retail franchise units. Jay oversees the New Center Development department and real estate acquisitions and has made great strides in standardizing and streamlining expansion activities among various stakeholders allowing for the efficient opening of 20-25 plasma centers annually.

Ashley joins Immunotek from Yum! Brands where she built her Human Resources career over the last 16 years, mostly with their Pizza Hut brand. Most recently, as Chief People Officer of Yum! Brand’s Digital and Technology business, she helped build a 400+ person global team, including their US Center of Excellence for recruitment. Before this, Ashley was the Chief People Officer at Pizza Hut Digital Ventures, where she defined their people strategy for the next growth phase and partnered with Pizza Hut International CPOs and Chief Customer Officers to deploy those growth strategies globally.
Ashley brings deep experience in all aspects of Human Resources, including organizational design, talent management, the design of leadership development programs in partnership with local or online universities, and the design and deployment of talent strategies centered on core values, critical SOPs/processes, and organizational culture. She has led, coached, and partnered with leadership teams on change management, organizational effectiveness, and talent development.
Ashley earned her master’s degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations and her bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts and Science in Psychology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. As a student-athlete, she competed on the varsity gymnastics team while in college.

Iris brings extensive experience as a CFO in consumer retail and chemicals, successfully leading and collaborating with cross-functional leaders to improve profitability across multiple sites and implement enterprise strategies such as merchandising, marketing, e-commerce, and mergers and acquisitions. Before becoming CFO at Petmate, she held executive finance leadership positions at GameStop. She served as CFO for the Asia and Latin America divisions of NCH Corporation, a global chemical conglomerate. Iris also held various senior financial roles at YUM! Brands and worked in strategic and management consulting with Bain & Company and FMC Pharmaceuticals early in her career.
Iris holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in chemical engineering from McGill University in Montreal and an MBA (with distinction) from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. She is fluent in Spanish and French and has a solid understanding of Portuguese.
